So, as i’m starting to post more often and whip this little newsletter into shape, I thought it might be a good time to ask what sort of content would you like to see here?
I’ve really enjoyed your Twitter threads on things like 70s Swedish prog or on electronica - I feel that euro prog (outside of Germany) and electronica (outside of more recent ambient/drone) are gaps in my listening I’d like to fill - along with a deeper look at post rock/space rock etc. For instance, I know one Windy & Carl album that I love but am vaguely aware they have a huge catalogue I am clueless about.!There are huge chunks of the 90s and early 2000s where I have knowledge gaps around underground music because it wasn’t necessarily what I was listening to. I like your genre dives a lot - I think it might also be interesting to do deeper dives into individual artists or labels.
Mainly just keep doing what you’re doing because you’re good at it and it always engages me.
I really love odds and ends, like lists that manage to find a common thread through different records... even if some are reaching a bit or, erm, barely there. Anyhow, keep up the good work! Cheers.
Id like to find out more about non-Western music. Old or new.

I have been enjoying your newsletter. I especially have enjoyed the music recommendations. I am open to all genres.
Great work on the newsletter!
I'm up for much more of the same, but I like the sound of everything you have suggested and I'm most interested in:
- Articles on the histories of certain genres
- Video and article links on music history
I agree with Chuck, too.
