Hey all

Its been a little while since i posted on zikzak.

To be straight up, the U.S. election really messed up my mind (even more than it usually is) and I have been keeping a news blackout since then. Really limited my social media as well. I also deleted Twitter and that was something i used to really enjoy.

I created zikzak so i wasn’t reliant on Twitter and that proved to be decent move. I may end up posting a bit more about my own music as well as this platform allows me to reach a fair number of you. I hope that doesn’t rub the wrong way.

I joined Bluesky in 2023 and its really taken off in the past few weeks. There is more and more music related posting there. If you care to follow me, my info is below

Anyhow, I did a new 12 tracks for you. As you may or may not recall, its 12 tracks from my personal collection that I enjoy and wanted you to have so you can build up your own digital library and also research some of the artists to obtain more music from them. I make sure they are all tagged so you can identify. Some nice, mellower trippy stuff i hope you will enjoy

I had a gig last week and it went fairly decent. I test drove a new guitar that i had customized so it can really only be played in specific scale types. This helps me improvise and it also kind of give it a raga feel. Turned out well enought that before i put all my pedals back where they belonged in my studio, i decided to do a recording. I didnt really have to edit the multitracks which is really a first for me.

Anyhow, this is one of the most ambient trippy “kosmische” things I think I have ever done. Its name your price so if it seems appealing, go for it. Added the little umlauts for that krautrock touch :-) I know it doesnt make sense in the language, but you know…

I hope to not be a stranger and i really do try to keep on top of this. All things being equal, maybe this will go out on a bi monthly basis
